Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Certain items (like personalized or hygiene products) are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Dropshipped Items
Some products may ship directly from our suppliers. Return instructions will be provided based on the supplier’s policy.
